Musicards.net - This site has online flashcards in treble, alto, and bass clefs. You can work on concepts like recognizing note names, key signatures, intervals, triads, and notes on piano and guitar. You can also change the difficulty and focus with the drop down settings menu at the bottom of the page when you click on one of the categories.

Virginia Tech Musical Dictionary – Very thorough music dictionary, even provides recordings for proper pronunciation.
